The Kenya Kwanza Administration is set to launch the WAGENZI Internship Program, a government initiative aimed at ensuring all graduates receive internships in government and private corporations.
The Ministry of Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management Cabinet Secretary, CS Kuria, has committed to working hard to ensure that most graduates receive job placements in government, the private sector, or even job exports outside the country.
The WAGENZI Internship Program aims to make it easier for students to obtain internships, acquiring the necessary experience for employment.
Kuria believes that the government’s investment in education is crucial, but the youth unemployment remains a significant issue in Kenya, and the Kenya Kwanza Administration will work to address this issue.
