• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of audit projects following the audit plan.
  • Work under the supervision of the field team leader to carry out audit tasks.
  • Handle at least 24 audit engagements annually.
  • Communicate engagement progress and issues to the team leader.
  • Ensure audit tasks are completed within the allocated time.
  • Develop technical skills through on-the-job experience and formal training.
• Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related course (minimum Upper Second).
  • Qualified CPA (K) or ACCA.
  • Experience in audit/accounting/finance through internships or previous roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative.

2. Audit Semi-Senior

• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Mombasa
• Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
• Experience: 2 to 4 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute audit engagements, working closely with the field team leader.
  • Ensure that audit engagements are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients and address their queries.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide value-adding insights during engagements.
  • Support the preparation of proposals in response to Requests For Proposals (RFPs).
  • Assist in finalizing audit reports and ensuring all documents are properly reviewed and signed off.
• Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related course (minimum Upper Second).
  • Qualified CPA (K) or ACCA.
  • Experience in using Data Analytics and CAATs is an added advantage.
  • Strong audit skills and experience, ideally gained in a similar firm.
  • Excellent research, report-writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks.
