The Safaricom Industrial Attachment Program for 2024/2025 offers university students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the corporate world. Program Overview

The Safaricom Industrial Attachment runs for a duration of 3 to 6 months, depending on the specific intake. The program is full-time, with participants required to be available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Participants are integrated into different Safaricom departments and exposed to real-world projects and tasks that help them develop practical skills in their respective fields.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Safaricom Industrial Attachment, applicants must meet several requirements:

Academic Requirements:

You must be a current university student in your final or penultimate year or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) from an accredited institution​(Safaricom).

Priority is given to students who need industrial attachment to meet graduation requirements, particularly those from technical fields such as Information Technology, Telecommunications, Finance, and Marketing.

Availability:

You must be available for the entire duration of the program, either 3 or 6 months. There are no extensions beyond the fixed period

Age Limit:

Applicants must be under 35 years of age at the time of application.

General Competencies:
