ITC’s SheTrades Initiative empowers women entrepreneurs by improving access to knowledge, networks, and markets. It focuses on key areas such as:
- Gender-Responsive Public Procurement (GRPP): Promoting equitable procurement practices.
- SheTrades Outlook (STO): A policy tool for assessing and improving trade environments for women.

Main Responsibilities
As a SheTrades Policy and Data Intern, your primary tasks will include:
1. Mobilization and Training Support:
- Assisting in organizing online and in-person events (workshops, webinars, trade missions).
- Supporting participant outreach and managing communications in English, French, and Spanish.
2. Project Coordination:
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Preparing policy briefs, meeting summaries, and training materials.
3. Communications:
- Promoting SheTrades activities through social media and online platforms.
- Drafting content for multilingual communication (English, French, Spanish).
4. Data Management and Monitoring:
- Managing surveys, evaluation tools, and participant databases.
- Uploading and organizing documentation on ITC platforms.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Enrolled in a graduate program (Master’s or equivalent).
- In the final year of a Bachelor’s program.
- Recently graduated (within one year).
- Academic backgrounds: Law, Business, International Trade, Sustainable Development, Economics.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English, French, and Spanish (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and social media.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Additional Information
- This is an unpaid internship.
