What We Offer
The UNICEF Internship Programme provides an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical work experience in the humanitarian field.

Internship Duration: Internships last between 6 to 26 weeks and can be either full-time or part-time.

Compensation: Interns receive a monthly stipend of $1700, and, when funding is available, a one-time lump sum to help with travel and visa costs.

Visa Support: UNICEF will provide necessary documents to assist with visa applications if needed.
Requirements
If you meet the following criteria, you might be a good fit for the UNICEF Internship Programme:

Age: At least 18 years old.

Academic Status: Enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD programme, or have graduated within the past 2 years.

Languages: Proficiency in at least one of UNICEF’s working languages (English, French, or Spanish). Depending on the office, additional language requirements may apply.

Family Connections: You should not have immediate relatives (e.g., mother, father, sister, brother) working for UNICEF or any relatives within your reporting line.

Academic Performance: Strong academic background with a demonstrated motivation to contribute to UNICEF’s mission.

Additional Considerations: Previous professional experience relevant to the role you’re applying for will be an asset.
