Logistics Technicians:

There are 250 vacancies available in various locations, including Eldoret, Kisumu, Kisii, and Kakamega. The role of a Logistics Technician involves providing technical support for the correct use and maintenance of smart meters during and after installation.

Additionally, these technicians are responsible for optimizing the use of company vehicles to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities of a Logistics Technician include:

• Taking care of LPG gas cylinders and vehicle accessories.
• Timely replenishment of used LPG.
• Safeguarding company-provided resources like phones, personal protective equipment (PPE), and merchandise.
• Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Following the delivery process as outlined by the organization, utilizing the necessary technology.
• Driving company vehicles safely and economically to designated destinations.
• Managing the vehicle load and all company possessions, including spare wheels, jacks, and wheels.

Technical Sales Representatives:

M-Gas has 320 vacancies available in Kisumu, Kisii, Kakamega, and Eldoret. The primary responsibility of a Technical Sales Representative is to support the organization’s strategic goals in customer service by effectively enrolling new customers and servicing existing ones with gas-filled LPG cylinders.

This role also entails providing technical support for the proper use and maintenance of smart meters.

Duties and responsibilities of a Technical Sales Representative include:

• Enrolling new customers for LPG gas usage and other offered accessories.
• Verifying customer identification and confirming phone numbers.
• Educating customers on the contract and preparing their homes for the cooking solution, considering ventilation.
• Ensuring customer presence during installation.
• Performing tasks such as customer enrollment, installation, battery change, cylinder change, and other assigned duties.
• Providing honest feedback to operations regarding any consumer complaints.
• Safeguarding company-provided resources like phones, PPE, and merchandise.
• Effectively communicating relevant information to customers to enhance their experience.
• Managing delivery processes according to organizational guidelines and utilizing the required technology.
• Ensuring adherence to designated routes for optimizing operations.
• Monitoring sales volume per area and increasing consumption among assigned customers.
• Handling customer service inquiries and resolving delivery concerns, escalating matters when necessary.
• Providing vital information about competitor activities to the organization.
