Position Description

• This role provides support to our internal analytics services function to deliver ad-hoc reporting and business insights.  The successful candidate for this role will be a data enthusiast, a fast learner, and an innovative thinker. Additionally, this candidate is never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following up and getting things done, and can thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric, and ever-changing analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data analysis work across a wide area of product areas, including marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, health services, and more.
• Support with ad hoc analysis to help business units make smart decisions, and identify opportunities and patterns.
• Support with the implementation of analytics requests and a prioritization system that will be used across the company.
• Build and implement QA processes for data validation and functionalities.
• Ensure data quality is adhered to across mPharma.
• Support with other projects as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in data analysis.
• One year of experience analyzing data particularly using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in delivering Analysis and Insights through data visualization tools, preferably, Metabase or Power BI.
• Data-driven, passionate about metrics, and intellectually honest about how your work is performing – and driven to continuously improve it.
• Must be available to work within Nairobi.
