Our esteemed client, a State Corporation operating within the Water Sector under the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, is committed to enhancing efficiency and service delivery. To achieve this mission, we are looking for dynamic, innovative, and experienced individuals to join the team.
MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN – (One (1) Post)
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will oversee the Supply Chain Management function, ensuring meticulous control and compliance with regulations while managing valuable assets effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years of relevant experience with at least three years in a managerial role.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
• A Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Completion of a minimum four-week Leadership Course.
• Be a full member of a professional body and licensed by Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KIM).
• Demonstrate exceptional competence in supply chain management in donor-funded projects.
• Comply with Chapter Six of the Constitution.
• Experience in the water sector is an advantage.
MANAGER HUMAN CAPITAL AND ADMINISTRATION – (One (1) Post)
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will oversee the Human Resource and Administration function, ensuring that the organization is staffed with professional, competent, and motivated employees to fulfill its mandate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
• A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Management course (min. 4 weeks).
• Be a member of a professional body and licensed by Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
• Project Management Training, Human Resource Leadership Course, Counselling certificate.,
• CHRP course or exemption.
• 10 years relevant experience, 5 in a supervisory role.
• Comply with Chapter Six of the Constitution.
• Water sector experience is advantageous.
