Reporting to: Head of CX

Job Purpose: In this role, you’ll learn how to curate awesome experiences for our customers and grow our financing product from its current launch stage to a major success.

Responsibilities :

Sales –

  • Upsell our financing product to customers.
  • Proper sharing of invoices and receipts once orders have arrived.

Customer Support –

  • Running and managing calls at the call centre.
  • Onboarding & verification of customers and their KYC.
  • Timely approval of customer orders.
  • We are the voice of the customer; and act as the bridge between customers and the Jumba team.
  • Analyzation of customer feedback to ensure customers receive a positive customer experience.
  • Effective and efficient running of the Customer Service at JUMBA i.e. calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Customer Engagement and Satisfaction –

  • We improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
  • Help build customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction to 100%
