Duties
Position is responsible for logistical oversight of LE Staff evaluation process and processing of within range increase (WRI) personnel actions; will coordinate LE Staff orientation program and the point of contact for Length of service and safe driving awards process.
Overall supervision provided by HR Assistant (Performance and Analytical Team Lead), Position number C54010.

All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.
Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time four months upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Education Requirements:
Completion of high school is required.
Two years of university or college studies is required.

Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills are required. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills is required. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work is required. Must be able to work as a team.
