1. Director, Program Quality and Performance in Emergencies

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership (50%):
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects.
- Develop and implement governance systems.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Emergency Preparedness and Prepositioning Response Capacity (10%):
- Implement the preparedness and early action framework.
- Ensure the framework is communicated and used effectively.
- Lead analysis and learning for framework improvements.
- Quality Assurance and Performance Management (25%):
- Lead governance and performance management.
- Design and implement quality assurance processes.
- Manage performance tracking and reporting.
- Management of Partnerships & Safeguarding Teams (15%):
- Manage the Partnerships Senior Technical Advisor.
- Provide strategic support for safeguarding priorities.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in emergency response.
- Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and strategic leadership skills.

2. Director, Strategy and Measurement in Emergencies

Responsibilities:
- Lead Emergency and Humanitarian Action Strategy (60%):
- Develop and implement the Strategy Action Plan (SAP).
- Identify and prioritize initiatives.
- Manage risks and challenges impacting efficiency.
- Lead EHAU’s MEAL Team (40%):
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction.
- Develop and lead the Learning Strategy.
- Ensure effective MEAL deliverables and routines.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the humanitarian sector.
- 5+ years in MEAL or strategic analysis roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel globally up to 20% of the year.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience in capacity strengthening initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Arabic, French, and/or Spanish.
