Invitation To Interview Letter

Companies post job advertisements in the newspapers, online etc and receive a number of applications. After reviewing the applications, the company decides to meet the chosen few and determine who the best fit for the role is. The few chosen are then called for an interview to know whether they are worth the position or not. In order to inform them about the interview, the company writes a letter to them. This is done by writing an invitation to interview letter.

Typically, companies will reach out through email to set up an interview time — sometimes the company will specify an exact time, but often, the person emailing will suggest a few possible times or ask for the applicant to share what times are convenient.
