Administrative Assistant, Mombasa
Duties:
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies;
- Orders replacement supplies as needed;
- Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
- Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO
- Develop and foster relationships with clients, other employees and other entities
- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and other stakeholders
- Petty cash management
- Ensure cleanliness of the office
- Deliver documents to clients and other stakeholders, collect documents from clients and other stakeholders
- Collect payments from clients and bank them
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration/Management or any other business-related Degree;
- 1 year experience in office administration;
- Impeccable customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Motivated, driven attitude; Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude;
Sales and Marketing Executives – Nairobi and Mombasa
Duties:
- Promoting the company’s Services through cold and warm calls to prospective leads;
- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers;
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team;
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc.;
- Source and work customer referrals;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree in marketing or any other business-related Degree;
- 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing of Services;
- Impeccable customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Motivated, driven attitude; Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude;
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation;
- Expert in time management;
- Organized work ethic;
- Proven track record in sales environment;
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas;
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers;
Training Coordinator – Nairobi
Duties:
- Sales & Marketing of the various training programs offered;
- Responding to all queries on trainings offered and sending quotations whether through telephone, email or walk-ins;
- Receipting of training fees paid;
- Mapping out training strategies and assisting the office with the building of training schedules for the various training requests;
- Coordinating with trainers, facilitators, trainings’ partners and trainees;
- Supporting trainers and facilitators in designing and developing training agendas and materials and ensuring consistency of the training sessions with the organization’s objectives;
- Develop and maintain a database of facilitators and trainers for the office;
- Manage all the logistics for the training sessions and support trainers in the delivery of training sessions through organization of necessary materials, facilities, equipment and refreshments;
- Maintain training attendance, rosters, records, and facilitator/attendee training materials;
Qualifications:
- Must have a Degree in Commerce (Marketing option)/Business Administration/Management related field
- Must have 1 year work experience as a Training Coordinator
- Should be able to work under minimal or no supervision
- Should have self-initiative
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent planning and organization skills
- Must have the ability to meet set targets
- Must be able to work outside normal office hours on an occasional basis
