About the Role
The Community Manager’s primary role is to dig into markets and solutions with a passion for creating content that will drive user and field readiness by enabling data-driven decision-making, systems support, identifying new growth opportunities, and completing critical initiatives. We are looking for a candidate who will drive seamless, engaging experiences for leads across the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate is someone with content writing experience who will create well-researched content for publications in a company blog as well as in the top industry media.
About You
- 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience with a track record of using technology and data to drive marketing results;
- Degree in Marketing/PR/Journalism
- Knowledge and understanding of the AdTech and Programmatic space;
- Leading the MediaPal Branding Strategy and Products with a global focus
- Must be comfortable with driving technical conversations and presenting complex information to non-technical audiences;
- You have a strength for marketing funnels and business processes. You have experience building, analysing and communicating data and reports to business end-users;
- Content writing experience is a must;
- Experience creating, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs;
- Deep understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for acquiring and retaining customers;
- Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate both strategy and creativity from content conception to development and execution;
- Identify inefficiencies and business-critical improvements to our marketing strategies and come up with creative and scalable solutions;
- Partner with the BD team to identify gaps/opportunities and build marketing plans to drive pipeline growth
