Customer Financing Manager
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Group CFO and will be charged with managing the Group Customer Financing function, with the following key responsibilities:
- Arrange finance for customers to enhance the sale of D&S products and solutions.
- Identify, develop, implement, and lead initiatives for the customer financing life-cycle.
- Develop and maintain customer financing platforms.
- Initiate and manage partnerships with banks and other financing partners.
- Provide expert advisory to customers on optimal financing options.
- Respond to market trends and customer needs to build revenue.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Formulate a dynamic policy for customer credit vetting and product pricing.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product development, financial modelling and business development in a reputable commercial bank or micro finance institution.
- Upper Second-Class Honours degree in finance, banking or other relevant discipline.
- Full CPA(K) or ACCAqualification will be an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
- Impressive track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in customer and trade financing will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience with debt security tools and procedures.
Critical Competencies for the two roles are:
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven with good leadership skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Partnerships and Fund Raising Manager
- Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Group Projects Manager and will be charged with managing the Group Partnerships and Fund-Raising function, with the following key responsibilities:
- Coordinate identification of partnership opportunities.
- Develop partnership proposals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of partners and donors.
- Prepare and present partnership and grant documentation.
- Develop and maintain partnerships database.
- Ensure full compliance with project reporting requirements.
- Compile partner and donor impact metrics.
- Liaise with key leaders of funding and partner organizations.
- Ensure smooth communication with current and potential partners and donors.
- Represent the company at appropriate forums and events.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of initiating and managing partnerships and funding relationships with government, non-governmental and corporate organizations.
- Experience within the Water & Energy sector will be an added advantage

Principal Officer, Dayliff Forex Bureau
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Group CFO and will have the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational, administrative and financial functions.
- Manage the day-to-day trading activities of the forex bureau.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to Central Bank of Kenya (CBK).
- Plan daily forex cash flow to meet daily trading needs.
- Verify and balance daily transactions.
- Prepare and issue daily performance reports to management.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenues and meet set targets.
- Conduct customer due diligence and KYC documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with the CBK Guidelines on Forex Bureau operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Principal Officer in a reputable forex bureau or as a Senior Forex Dealer in a commercial bank in Kenya.
- Excellent track record in managing forex transactions.
- Full CPA(K) or ACCA qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Upper Second-Class Honours degree in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of the CBK Act, the Anti Money Laundering Act and other relevant laws and guidelines.
