Brief Job Description:

• Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Evaluating and measuring marketing campaigns
• Contributing to the creation of online and offline campaigns
• Assist in creating presentations
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Plan and help distribute marketing materials.
• Assisting with daily administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Have a certificate/diploma in sales and marketing/ communication or related field.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Proficient in Computer software and social media platforms.
• Proficient in both English and Swahili language (written and spoken).
• A quick learner who is self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• To create demand for existing products.
• Launching new products in the market ensuring availability at pharmacies and wholesalers.
• Get market feedback about the products and competitors and their respective market performance.
• Organizing and attending CME and conferences.
• Being updated with product knowledge.
• Building and maintain good business relationship with doctors and pharmacies.
• Organizing appointments with doctors and pharmacies.
