Finance Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Finance Manager who heads our finance team (4 FTE in total). You will be responsible for running the day-to-day finance department, which includes:
- Receivables and payables management
- Inventory control and stock management
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Management reporting and budgeting
- Payroll management
- Tax management and payments
- Audit processes management
- Providing advice in financial decision making on margins, expenses and investments
- Compliance with licenses, relevant laws and set-up
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in an FMCG or retail company
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and unstructured environments
- Full scope capabilities in Finance (CPA level 6)
- Proven experience in working with ERPs (Dynamics or SAP)
- Strong project management skills to drive financial improvement agenda
- Street smart in managing cash flows, suppliers and employees
