Estate Manager

  • Salary RangeKSh 50,000 – KSh 100,000/month

The right candidate will be overall responsible for Estate Management. The individual will manage all the affairs of running the estate including inspection, coordinating service providers, maintenance, overseeing finance, communication, reporting and supervising all staff members.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Act as a liaison between the Estate and various clients (tenants & owners)
  2. Spearhead the implementation of the Fourways strategic goals and objectives
  3. Identify and manage quality service providers
  4. Update the management on departmental performance
  5. Inspect the estate-shared infrastructure
  6. Responsible for maintenance and repairs
  7. Ensure prompt communication with internal and external stakeholders
  8. Ensure timely billing and service charge collection
  9. Maintain and update the estate asset register and manage related costs
  10. Manage external stakeholders and service providers
  11. Prepare periodic property management reports
  12. Collect and collate data and information relating to the Estate
  13. Any other duties that pertain to the role as may be assigned by the EXCOM.

Person Specifications

  1. Minimum of 4 years experience in real estate with a minimum of 3 years in property management and one in leadership
  2. Membership in EARB or ISK is an advantage
  3. At least Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management or any other relevant discipline
  4. Posses great management skills and attention to detail
  5. Strong Emotional Intelligence and effective written and oral communication skills
  6. Proactive, results-oriented, honest and accountable
  7. Professional, pleasant & bearing a positive attitude.

Office Receptionist and Admin

  • Salary RangeKSh 30,000 – KSh 50,000/month

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the reception desk; welcome and screen guests
  2. Screen and forward calls and handle inquiries;
  3. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  4. Generate reports, transcribe minutes, and create presentations when necessary
  5. Make travel arrangements
  6. Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters etc
  7. Develop and maintain a filing system
  8. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  9. Order  and control office supplies
  10. Provide administrative support to the office team as may be necessary.

Person’s Specifications

  1. Atleats 2years of work experience in a similar role.
  2. Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ or an equivalent
  3. Knowledge of office management, record keeping  and bookkeeping
  4. Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
  5. Proficient in computer use and Ms Office Suite
  6. Possessing great communication abilities (verbal, phone and email)
  7. Possessing great customer service attitude
  8. Proactive and able to work under pressure

Media Buyer

They seek to hire a Digital Media Buyer who will be responsible for developing and executing media campaigns, purchasing advertising space on digital platforms and negotiating ad placements and rates.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for planning, negotiating and executing digital media campaigns
  2. Develop and execute digital media plans that align with client business objectives
  3. Research and recommend new opportunities and strategies for reaching target audiences
  4. Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet or exceed KPIs
  5. Generate post-campaign reports detailing results and insights
  6. Work with internal teams to develop creative assets for digital campaigns
  7. Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and changes, and share insights
  8. Perform QA check on ad units and placements prior to the launch
  9. Resolve any issues that arise during a campaign
  10. Maintain relationships with the social team, design and production team

Person’s Specifications

  1. Proficient and experienced in media planning, media buying and budgeting
  2. Able to get the best ROI, ROAS for ad spend
  3. A deep understanding of the digital media landscape
  4. At least 2 years of experience working in digital media buying, planning, or a related role
  5. Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field
  6. Experience with programmatic buying platforms( Google Display, Video 360, Eskimi etc)
  7. Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  8. Highly analytical and strategic thinker able to solve problems
  9. Familiar with ad-serving platforms( e.g Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads Manager etc)
  10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
