Shift Assistant Production Manager
- Duties And Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for reporting on shift deliverables and training of production operators in the factory.
- Ensure that stoves are produced promptly and are produced within quality guidelines.
- Support the Production Manager in ensuring that the planned quantity of stoves is produced each Shift.
- Raise issues, problems, and breakdowns with the Engineering team as soon as possible and support the timely resolution.
- Work closely with the Production Manager and planning department to raise Work Orders.
- Work closely with other departments to help in the quick resolution of matters affecting production.

- Ensure that all factory operators’ records of daily reporting, training and capabilities are up to date.
- Work with HR in dealing with factory workers’ requests for leave and any other HR-related issues
- A large part of an assistant production manager’s job is dealing with people. It is important to treat people with respect and treat others how you would like to be treated yourself.
- Work with department heads to uphold and implement Burn policies and goals.
- Ensure all the safety protocols are adhered to on the factory floor.
- Focus on continuous improvement for safety in the workplace.
Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working in a similar position in sheet metal or a busy manufacturing company
- Great people skills.

- Conversant with EHS code and regulations
- Sheet metal background.
- Experienced in Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Office.
Assistant Production Operations Scheduling Manager

Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for bringing together all the required resources & personnel to ensure the day-to-day schedule is realized
- Management of the available parts WIP levels to the desired state ensuring the assembly lines ALWAYS have sufficient parts for production while at the same time avoiding overproduction
- Overall responsibility of ensuring everything produced on the plant’s production floor is fully transacted in the company’s ERP system
- Working with the maintenance planner to ensure all machines are allocated time for preventive & conditional maintenance for the proper functioning of the same
- Constant monitoring & reporting on the overall performance & capacity utilization of each equipment, identifying gaps & opportunities for improvement
- Regular assessment & reporting on equipment, process & staffing risks & opportunities that may impact the realization of the weekly &/ monthly production plan
- Coordinating the transition in relation to temporary &/ permanent changes to one or more components of the product as initiated through an Engineering Change Notice or otherwise
- Take initiatives that will simplify the processes, and reduce inventory, labor, and materials costs
- Work hand in hand with the QC team in ensuring parts produced meet the desired quality standards
- Work hand in hand with the EHS Coordinator in maintaining a safe workplace
- Help to implement and maintain high workplace organization standards

Production Data Analyst

Duties And Responsibilities
- Collect & document all relevant production data, including but not limited to production rates, material consumption rates, staffing
- Analyse production data & report on trends, deviations, surges, or sudden drops in any of the measured parameters
- Monitor WIP levels for all production parts & advise if any require to be replenished
- Monitor all new processes, document & report on all data relevant to production planning
- Periodically review usages for material and consumables in comparison to those specified in the master data.
- Any other duties assigned.

- A relevant bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
