Stores Clerk

Key Role Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise on the shelves
- Handle record keeping and re-ordering system

- Diploma in procurement and purchasing or any other related field.
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in a stores

Assistant Quality Assurance

Key Role Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
The role holder shall be responsible for assisting in ensuring that products in production meet the safety and specification standards necessary for them to be forwarded to the last production stage.
- Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Identify defects effectively and efficiently
- Meet weekly and monthly quality quota targets and reporting deadlines
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas with the quality team
- Responsible for updating and assuring document accuracy and control for QA departments

Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience and Skills)
- Diploma/Degree in manufacturing/Chemical engineering or Analytical Chemistry
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a manufacturing company.

Production Supervisor

Key Role Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
The role holder shall be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of production processes, monitoring quality standards and costs. They will be responsible for providing administrative support, appointing labourers in liaison with the contractors and supervise the contractors.
- Allocate duties to production staff as per the production line on day to day basis with the help of contractor’s supervisor.
- Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets;
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities to all employees.
- Work closely with quality team to maintain product quality and maintain consistency.
- Ensuring that all the production targets set by the Production Engineer are achieved;
- Requesting manpower needed to ensure that production processes run without stoppage or disturbances;
- Supervising the performance of contract supervisors & the employees who work below them;
- Ensuring that production is completed within time and before deadlines;
- Performing any other relevant task assigned from time to time.
Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience and Skills)
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ engineering or any other related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience working as a production supervisor or other similar position
- Experience in a plastic company an added advantage
- Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams and report any technical issues
- Exceptional analytical ability towards solving production-related concerns;
- Competence with computer-based administration and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently under the Production Engineer and as part of a production team;

Plastic Processing Engineer

Key Role Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Prepare all specifications of all plastic processes and execute all gages to maintain optimal quality and assist to design all control plans.
- Manage all cost requests and establish all manufacturing costs and equipments.
- Maintain knowledge on all safety requirements for various processes.
- Administer all projects and recommend improvement to facilitate all first time quality.
- Evaluate all alternatives to plastic resins to maintain all projects within required budget and initiate cost reduction method for same.

- 5 to 8 years’ experience in high output plastics manufacturing environment with in-depth knowledge of injection and blow setting, hydraulics and electrical equipment
- Experience in setting injection molding /blowing molding machines
- Knowledge of injection and blow machines
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair or replace all components of Injection Molding machines, Blow Molding Machinery and equipm
- At least 5 years in a managerial position will be an added advantage.

Mechanical Technician

- Ability to troubleshoot, repair or replace all components of Injection Molding machines, Blow Molding Machinery and equipment.
- Assist in Scheduling and undertaking periodic maintenance on all mechanical equipment, components, and installations
- Assist in ensuring that equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
- Assist in Installation of fresh mechanical components and fittings
- Assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns and providing preventive maintenance services

Mechanical Engineer

- Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
