JOB PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading Client Service Teams in managing and ensuring efficient and timely service delivery to our clients;
- Delegate work to your team, supervise assignments, schedule internal and client meetings, evaluate team performance as well as motivate and mentor individual team members.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to the various internal, client and industry code of ethics and ways of working.
- Business Development;
- Focus on consistently finding new business with new clients.

- Lead pitch presentations, tender preparation and presentation and ensuring a consistent stream of new business.
- Explore new business streams with existing clients
- Business Unit Head – Preparation and management of budgets and budget cycles, revenue growth and P&L oversight.
- Advisory role for both internal stakeholders and clients. Be familiar with industry trends, locally, regionally and globally.
- Project Lead – lead teams on important Client Projects and to give oversight on other Client Projects.
- Reporting and M&E – prepare comprehensive client reports and M&E reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
- 8+ years working at a public relations, events management or advertising company, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven skills and experience in sales/account management is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Time-management, organization and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Account Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Liaising on a daily basis with clients, stakeholders and the media;
- Relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and the media;
- Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients;
- Working as part of an account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activity;
- Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings;
- Coordinating/participating in researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
- Promoting news stories and features to the media, known as ‘selling in’;
- Collating, analyzing and evaluating media coverage;
- Coordinating event management, including press conferences and promotional events;
- Attending and promoting client events to the media and other stakeholders;
- Assisting with the production of client publications, such as in-house magazines;
- Coordinating studio or location photography;
- Undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients;
- Managing the PR aspect of a possible crisis situation
- Pitching for new business.
- Project Management roles:
- Team Leader for Clients Projects
- Prepare Project’s critical Path, and ensure implementation of project as per approved critical Path
- Prepare regular Process reports,
- Liaise and supervise Third Part Suppliers / contractors.

Public Relations roles:
- Prepare Projects’ PR Plans and Stakeholder mapping.
- Ensure implementation of PR Plan including securing the desired media coverage.
- Respond to requests for information from the media on behalf of clients.
- Plan and direct communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stakeholder perceptions.
- Prepare clients’ publications (press releases, speeches, website copy, brochures, editorials) for their internal and external audiences in relationship to assigned projects.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
- 5+ years working at a public relation, events management, advertising company or in-house agency, with at least 3 years in an account management role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
HR Consultant – Talent Assessment & Development

Job Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert in the deployment of assessment and learning & development solutions delivery services.
- Be part of talent sourcing engagements/projects delivery team.
- Support key accounts helping them to succeed in deploying their talent assessment strategy.
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large scale related projects
- Develop and deliver workstreams of activity to ensure a seamless participant experience for assessment completion for data extracts for analytics.
- Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
- Keep abreast of new talent sourcing, assessment and learning & development tools available and conduct market intelligence to benchmark against existing local and global best practices
- Participate and contribute towards firm’s business development activities i.e. business lead generation.
Other Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or related study
- Certified Psychometric Assessor/Trained competency-based Interviewer is highly desired.
- 5 years’ experience in HR consulting with at least 2 years’ relevant experience of performing talent sourcing, assessments or behavior/competency-based interviews.
- Highly experienced in the use of online assessment tools and how they are deployed at scale across organizations.
