DRIVERS – Join Us in the Driver’s Seat

At KBSM, we value experience and professionalism in our drivers. To qualify for the position of a Driver, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

1. 5 years and above PSV driving experience: We’re looking for experienced drivers who are well-acquainted with the ins and outs of public service vehicle operation.
2. Valid Driver’s License – D2 or D3: You must possess a valid PSV driver’s license to be eligible for this position.
3. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct: Your conduct matters to us, and we require a clean certificate to ensure the safety and trust of our passengers.
4. NHIF and NSSF Cards: To take care of your health and retirement benefits, having both NHIF and NSSF cards is essential.
5. Age Range 30-45: Ideal candidates for the Driver position should be between the ages of 30 to 45 years.
6. Good Understanding of Nairobi PSV routes: Familiarity with Nairobi’s public service vehicle routes is a must. Your knowledge of the city’s roads will help ensure a smooth and efficient journey for our passengers.

CONDUCTORS – Make Every Journey Memorable

As a Conductor, you play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our passengers. To qualify for the Conductor position, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct: Just like our Drivers, we require our Conductors to have a clean certificate to maintain a safe and trusted environment for our passengers.
2. Must have a KCSE Certificate: A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) is necessary to demonstrate your educational qualifications.
3. NHIF and NSSF Cards: We value your health and well-being, so make sure you have both NHIF and NSSF cards.
4. Age Range 20-45: Ideal candidates for the Conductor position should be between the ages of 20 to 45 years.
5. Good Customer Service: We place a high value on customer service skills. As a Conductor, you will interact with passengers daily, and ensuring their satisfaction is essential.
6. Fluent in English and Kiswahili: Effective communication in both English and Kiswahili is vital for delivering exceptional service.
