DATA ENTRY JOB (2 POSITIONS) – SAFA LTD.

LOCATION: NAIVASHA, KENYA

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and organize company databases.
  • Accurately enter data into various databases.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
  • Prepare relevant reports as needed.
  • Provide general data entry support across the company

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
  • At least one year experience in data entry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Accounts Management
  2. Support in implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  3. Support the facilitation of all accounting procedures in adherence to internal control systems.
  4. Offer support in the administration and reconciliation of relevant accounts to keep clear records of all company accounts
  5. Ensure transactions are well documented and properly recorded and well into the company accounting system.
  6. Support the facilitation of the financial aspects related to organization.
  7. Initiate and follow-up on payments and reimbursements for suppliers and contracted experts.
  8. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts.
  9. Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  10. Support the execution of financial audits/
  11. Ensure proper filling and archiving of the financial documents, including all active contracts by the company.
  • Administrative support
  • General administrative support to staff at the office, the company’s experts and consultants.
  • Support in facilitation of procurement of project goods and services, usage, and monitoring of supplies and equipment.
  • Support in handling of administrative aspects related to organization and execution of meetings.
  • Support in the maintenance of the company assets register, do periodic verification to ensure assets records are well maintained.
  • File correspondence, reports, minutes, project files, etc.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce /Business Administration or a related field.
  • CPA (6) or international equivalent.
  • 4 years’ experience in financial management, accounting, and administration
