Shop assistant and social media manager
We are looking for a shop assistant and social media manager to join our team. As a shop administrator and social media manager, you will be responsible for:
Creating engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Managing our online store, including processing orders, updating inventory, and handling customer inquiries.
Ensuring the smooth operation of our physical shop, such as maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and assisting walk-in customers.
Collaborating with other staff members and suppliers to provide the best service and products to our customers.
Performing any duties as may be assigned from time to time.
To be qualify in this role, you should have
A passion for computers, basic knowledge of computer hardware, gaming and esports, and a good knowledge of the latest trends and products in the industry.
Excellent communication and writing skills, and a flair for creating captivating and informative content.
Experience in using social media tools and platforms, such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Buffer.
Experience in ecommerce and customer service, and a familiarity with WooCommerce, Opencart, Shopify or similar platforms.
A high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
