Cybersecurity Specialist – Program Management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cybersecurity Program Coordination: Manage and coordinate the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives and projects, collaborating with IT and security teams to ensure the alignment of cybersecurity strategies with business objectives.
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation and management of the department’s annual budget, monitor and track budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Manage and track the sourcing and procurement process as relates to cybersecurity initiatives and projects. This involves managing stakeholders and tracking progress to ensure timely implementation of cybersecurity initiatives and projects.
- Maintain and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Investments Portfolio Management:Â Document, manage and track the entire universe of the cyber security portfolio of solutions deployed across the Group providing insight on efficient and effective return on investment of cybersecurity spend.
- Cybersecurity Maturity Tracking:Â Manage the yearly cybersecurity maturity assessment process across the group, tracking strategic and tactical initiatives that will achieve the target maturity of the KCB cybersecurity practice.
- Cybersecurity Governance and Reporting:Â prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate cybersecurity program status and posture to various stakeholders, including senior management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Cybersecurity Risk Self-Assessment: Participate in the identification and reporting of information security risks, as well as non-conformance to the Bank’s Information Security policies and standards. This includes tracking of audit issues and coordination of remediation efforts within the department.
- Cybersecurity Data Analytics:Â Maintain an effective centralized datastore for all key cybersecurity data and metrics, leveraging data analytics to capture insights and intelligence to drive and report on cybersecurity maturity.
Cybersecurity Analyst, Reporting & Analytics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity reporting metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics related to cybersecurity operations, incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
- Identify and define cybersecurity data sources, harvest the data, structure and store the data in a central store for analytics, data mining, reporting and timely dashboards.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that may indicate potential cybersecurity risks or threats.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to gather data and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting metrics.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc cybersecurity reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the development of Cyber Security Policies and Minimum-Security Configuration Baseline Standards in line with industry best practices and technologies commensurate with risk and regulatory requirements and implementing the same cost effectively.
- Provide cyber security related support to ICT projects and changes from inception through to successful implementation, to ensure cybersecurity reporting requirements are met before introduction to production environments.
- Provide input into Cyber Security risk and control self-assessments by leveraging knowledge in security and mitigating information and cyber risks identified by various assurance teams such as Information Risk and Audit.

Cybersecurity Analyst, Third Party Cybersecurity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments of third-party vendors and partners to evaluate their security controls and practices.
- Ensure alignment to third-party cybersecurity risk management framework and related policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sourcing, legal, and Technology teams, to assess contractual agreements and ensure cybersecurity requirements are met.
- Monitor and track third-party cybersecurity incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance with contractual obligations, and collaborate with the Cybersecurity Intelligence and Security Operations Centre (CiSOC) to respond.
- Provide expertise and guidance on cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies to mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships.
- Prepare detailed third-party risk assessment reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide input into Cyber Security risk and control self-assessments by leveraging knowledge in third party cyber security and mitigating information and cyber risks identified by various assurance teams such as Information Risk and Audit.

Principal QA Engineer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Lead the development, customization, deployment, and maintenance of the reliable and scalable test automation frameworks for all systems and applications.
- Perform Unit Testing, API Testing, Integration Testing, system testing and automated regression testing and collaborate with developers to conduct end-to-end defect analysis and resolution of defects, and in reviewing test results for maximum test coverage.
- Lead the modelling and execution of non-functional tests such as performance, load, stress, security, operational acceptance, business continuity testing and chaos engineering, and ensures that solutions meet the minimum baseline standards and benchmarks before deployment to production.
- Formulate non-functional test strategies which includes decomposing the business and technical requirements into test scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingencies plans and other testing preparation activities.
- Lead formal reviews of test plans, designs, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and requirements documents with cross-functional teams for both functional and non-functional testing to ensure maximum test coverage while championing the discipline of test-driven development in the organization.
- Participate in Continuous integration (CI) / Continuous Development (CD) delivery models, create execution pipelines and integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipeline.

Senior Manager, Digital Product Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Champion and gain buy-in for the Digital strategy, product vision and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, documentation and negotiation that effectively influences peers and senior management.
- Manage all the digital initiatives that will deliver the digital roadmap both internal and other vendor related products within the division
- Define digital product requirements for customization and new products to meet specific customer needs and liaise with the technical team to ensure correct implementation

Manager Key Accounts & Customer Support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Support of key merchant accounts: Oversee last-mile support for key merchant accounts and customers across the banks digital product portfolio, with a focus on Digital Financial Services (DFS), ensuring smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Key account engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key merchant accounts, acting as their primary point of contact for support and escalations ensuring their specific needs such as integration support are met through personalized support and services as to achieve target NPS and CES scores.
- Service management: Oversee the successful delivery and integration of DFS platforms, ensuring usability for branches, subsidiaries, corporate services, bancassurance, and key merchants. Additionally, provide support to branches in assisting their customers, while managing expectations and timelines effectively.
- Customer support and issue resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex customer, merchant and agent issues, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty in collaboration with the branch network and customer experience.
- Platform Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor DFS platform performance, ensuring stability, availability, and proactively addressing issues before they affect key accounts and customers.
