Regional Sales Manager – 10 Positions

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for enhancing business development activities, new customer acquisition & market penetration by providing sales leadership and execution to achieve set sales targets.

Principal Accountabilities

Business Development

  • Recruitment of Agents, Super Agents & Loans Customers In accordance with set criteria
  • Growing Agents Business Portfolio in assigned region
  • Signing New MOUs with various Civil Servant entities.
  • Recruitment, Training and Managing Business Development Executives
  • Prospecting For New Business Opportunities and Ensuring All clients Are active across the assigned region
  • Planning and Executing Specific Sales & marketing Programs as directed to achieve set targets
  • Drive appreciation of Jafari Credit Business across the targeted clients
  • Ensuring 100% Compliance to Jafari Credit processes and procedures across the region
  • Ensure the Jafari Credit Corporate image is always maintained
  • Gathering market intelligence for improvement of the Business
  • To generate necessary reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and basis.

Agent and Client Administration

  • To facilitate New Agents & Clients On boarding, Creation and Maintenance in the system
  • To ensure proper relationship Management and execution of all Contracts

Reporting

To send monthly reports on each client performance

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Degree in a business-related course from an accredited Institution
  •  Good product knowledge of the payroll product
  •  Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position with a strong performance record
  •  Experience in relationship management
  •  Team player with excellent interpersonal and Selling skills
  •  Good planning and organization skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
