Job Purpose: In this role, you’ll learn how to curate awesome experiences for our customers and grow our financing product from its current launch stage to a major success.

Responsibilities :
Sales –
- Upsell our financing product to customers.
- Proper sharing of invoices and receipts once orders have arrived.
Customer Support –
- Running and managing calls at the call centre.
- Onboarding & verification of customers and their KYC.
- Timely approval of customer orders.
- We are the voice of the customer; and act as the bridge between customers and the Jumba team.
- Analyzation of customer feedback to ensure customers receive a positive customer experience.
- Effective and efficient running of the Customer Service at JUMBA i.e. calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction –
- We improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
- Help build customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
- Enhance customer satisfaction to 100%
