1. National Consultant – Kenya Country Strategic Plan 2025 Outcome Monitoring (Access to and Consumption of Nutritious Foods Thematic Team Lead), SSA9
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: MBA/MSc/MA
Experience: 15 years
Location: Nairobi
Responsibilities:
- Lead OM work for the thematic area of access to and consumption of nutritious foods.
- Develop and finalize technical documents, including OM design, sampling methodology, data collection tools, and analysis plans.
- Plan and supervise fieldwork, ensuring data collection tools are tested and enumerators trained.
- Contribute to the drafting and finalization of reports, ensuring quality and thorough analysis of findings related to nutritious food consumption.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Nutrition, Education, or related field.
- 15+ years’ experience in evaluations, with expertise in mixed-method research, food security, and nutrition.
2. National Consultant – Kenya Country Strategic Plan 2025 Outcome Monitoring (Gender, Cross-Cutting and Supply Chain Thematic Area Lead), WAE, SSA9
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: MBA/MSc/MA
Experience: 15 years
Location: Nairobi
Responsibilities:
- Lead OM work on gender, cross-cutting themes, and supply chain areas.
- Contribute expertise to design and finalize methodologies, data tools, and fieldwork plans.
- Supervise qualitative data collection and conduct data cleaning and analysis.
- Draft sections of the final OM report on gender and supply chain, ensuring all findings are thoroughly documented.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender, Statistics, or related field.
- 15+ years’ experience in managing research studies and evaluations in development or humanitarian contexts.
3. National Consultant – Kenya Country Strategic Plan 2025 Outcome Monitoring (Institutional Capacity Strengthening Thematic Lead), SSA9
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: MBA/MSc/MA
Experience: 15 years
Location: Nairobi
Responsibilities:
- Lead the OM work for the Institutional Capacity Strengthening thematic area.
- Contribute to developing technical notes, sampling plans, data collection tools, and analysis strategies.
- Oversee fieldwork, ensuring proper execution of data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to the final report, focusing on capacity strengthening findings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Nutrition, Agriculture, or related field.
- 15+ years’ experience in evaluations, with expertise in institutional capacity strengthening and social protection.
