1. Administrative Officer – Disaster Management
- Location: Nairobi
- Experience: 5 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Community Development, Disaster management or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to Disaster Management Team
- Coordinating administrative functions and supporting the Directorate
- Maintaining Director’s diaries and scheduling appointments
- Managing callers and visitors for the Director
- Coordinating bookings for facilitation and meetings
- Liaising with the group director for meetings and taking minutes
- Managing office supplies and assets for the Disaster Management teams
- Making travel arrangements for Directorate and Field Teams
- Maintaining updated filing systems and records
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of support services systems
- Experience in office administration and working in a disaster management context
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in engaging with government ministries and other external partners
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and multiple tasks

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media relations strategy
- Draft press releases and communication materials
- Build relationships with journalists and media outlets
- Implement social media strategy
- Create content for various platforms
- Track analytics and create reports
- Ensure communications align with brand standards
- Develop and execute communication campaigns

Qualifications:
- Experience in public information, external communications, journalism, international relations

- Location: Nairobi
- Experience: 5 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, preferably in child development, child protection, humanitarian aid/development, child rights, public policy, law, sociology/social work, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of protection and safeguarding interventions
- Develop and review annual implementation plans and budgets
- Ensure establishment of functional community child protection structures
- Provide technical support to NO, programs, and projects
- Monitor and ensure timely closure of safeguarding cases
- Develop strategic solutions to emerging communications challenges
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in community development work
- Understanding of project management cycles in international development
- Knowledge of human rights frameworks for women and children
- Experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
- Ability to network and collaborate with national and county-level government
